Simple 'house rules', such as introducing a
'shoes-off' policy, or not placing drinking vessels on the floor, may
help prevent the most common forms of stain from occurring!
Inevitably however, some staining is likely to occur during the lifetime
of a carpet.
Many forms of stain can be successfully removed through the application
of an appropriate cleaning product and process. The more you can tell us about the stain,
the higher
the chance that we can clean it.
But if someone else has already tried to remove the stain
with the wrong cleaning products the stain could now consequently be
"set"
- i.e. now unremovable. |
